The problem

Business workflows need to survive duplicates, missing data and unavailable integrations. AI output needs a bounded role and a human decision point.

Technical approach

Authenticated webhook → validated data → persistence → optional AI assistance → human approval → simulated ERP adapter. A deterministic mock is the initial provider and will be labelled in the demo.

Acceptance criteria

A repeated or concurrent event creates one request.
A requester cannot approve their own invoice.
Retries are bounded, visible and recoverable after an integration failure.
Evaluate 30 labelled synthetic cases, including missing fields and prompt injection attempts.
Report observed errors and limitations; no claimed accuracy before evaluation.
