My technical work included internal tools, API and webhook integrations, automation and troubleshooting. In the AI role, I led initiatives across internal operations and client projects, built and tested LLM-powered workflows and helped colleagues adopt the tools.
The focus was practical implementation: translate operational needs into requirements, connect the right systems, test output quality and support the people using the result.
