APPSUR

APPSUR was a professional stage focused on IT consulting, applied AI and process automation inside a company environment. The work was internal-facing: improving how the organization operated rather than building client-facing products.

I worked on internal workflows, documentation systems, integrations and tools designed to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency. The goal was always the same: identify where time is being wasted, build something that fixes it, and make sure people actually use it.

This stage gave me direct exposure to corporate process design, AI tool selection and deployment, and the challenge of making automation work inside real organizations where people resist change and processes are rarely documented.
