Kiuro is my main company today: a digital agency evolving into a technology startup with its own SaaS product. We work across social media, websites, branding, automation, applied AI and digital strategy, while building internal technology that can scale beyond the classic agency model.
The agency side serves clients across Spain and Switzerland, delivering web projects, automation, digital presence and strategy. The product side is where the real long-term bet is: building software that can generate recurring revenue independently of client hours.
Running Kiuro means operating at every level simultaneously: client work, product development, team coordination, operations and sales. The goal is to turn a service business into a company with its own intellectual property and scalable technology.
