Autohaus Zephyr is an automotive project focused on premium vehicle importation between Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands and Southern Europe. The project was designed as more than a marketing website: the goal was to create a digital operating system for vehicle sourcing, verification, documentation, customs, logistics and commercial matching.
I worked on the full digital structure: public website, B2B and B2C flows, positioning, service architecture, dealer and supplier journeys, cost and margin calculators, lead generation funnels and the structure for a private automotive import platform.
The platform logic needed to support different user types — dealers, suppliers and private buyers — each with their own flow, needs and decision logic. I handled web experience, platform logic, service flows, copy, UX, technical implementation and the way the business model was presented online.
