ZephyrStudio was a previous company stage focused on web development, automation, consulting and client delivery. The company is now closed, but it was the period where I learned how to operate a real business: handle clients, manage a team, deliver under pressure and build systems that work.
The work covered the full spectrum: B2B sales, project scoping, technical execution, client communication, operations and team coordination. It was not a startup with investors or a side project — it was a company that had to generate revenue, pay bills and deliver results.
ZephyrStudio was eventually absorbed into Kiuro. The lessons from that stage — what works in client services, how to price correctly, how to manage delivery at scale — are built into how Kiuro operates today.
